Free Country Tuning Harmonica Tabs for All Levels

Hello! If you're looking for songs to play on your country-tuned harmonica then you're in the right place. Here are some free harp tabs for country tuned harmonica (also known as major seven tuning). You can use any key of harmonica to play these songs, as long as it is tuned to Country Tuning / Major Seven Tuning.


The country tuning differs from standard Richter tuning by only one note, but it takes some getting used to. Instead of an F note on the 5 draw, a key of C country harp has an F# (the note has been raised by a semitone):

How to Use Free Country Tuning Tabs to Improve Your Harmonica Playing


Having some harp tabs for the country tuning is just the first step. To truly benefit from them, you need a strategy for practice and learning.


Start Slow and Focus on Accuracy
